1: Send quotation and making advise to customer.
- Customer send inquiry to LAMA via Whatapps or email.
- When LAMA and Customers get agreement on price and products requirement, we can go to the next step on the fee of sample.
- For the order less than 1000 pieces, customer will pay for the sample and freight fee.
- For the order more than 1000 pieces, LAMA will pay for the sample and freight fee. Customer will deposit for LAMA 500 USD for sample and freight fee, when the contract is sign off, the money will be refund in the total bill.
2: Sample process.
- Follow the Customer’s sample: Customer will send the request sample to LAMA and we will follow the requirement to make the sample and send back to customer. You need to send us the full information and technical requirements.
- LAMA will support to develop the sample: and send to Customer for approval.
- If the sample gets approval at the 1st time, we’ll go to the contract sign off.
- If you need to adjust the sample, you need to give us the clear information and technical requirements at 1 time for adjustment. Try to give all the feedbacks 1 time, It”’ help to save cost and time. From the 2nd sending of sample, the fee will be negotiate between LAMA and Customer.
- When customer agrees on the sample, please sign off on the sample tag and send back sample to us.
- The lead time for sample will be 2 weeks or depend on the agreement.
3: Contract sign off.
When the sample gets approval, LAMA and Customer will move to next step for contract sing off.
Mass production is only start when the sample gets approval.
The product’s lead time will depend on the product and discussion of LAMA and customer.
The shipment date also mentioned in the contract.
