How to use Dry Pho?
In addition to being convenient and able to be preserved for a long time, dried pho can also be easily processed into many delicious and attractive dishes such as beef pho, chicken pho, mixed pho,… helping you change your meal menu. more diverse and rich.
Step 1: Soak the dried pho noodles
After buying dry pho, take out a sufficient portion and soak it in cold water for about 60 minutes until the pho is slightly soft and clear, then take it out. If you use warm water, you can soak it for about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Boil dry pho
Next, put the pot of water on the stove, add the pho to the boiling water and boil for about 1 minute until the pho is done, then take it out.
Note, while boiling you should carefully observe the pho and do not cover or boil the pho for too long as it will cause the pho to become soft!
Step 3: Rinse the pho noodles with cold water
Finally, rinse the pho with cold water and let it drain and you can prepare it as usual.
